Respon­si­bil­i­ties: The can­di­date will be the part of Train­ing Divi­sion of PATNI  (called PACE)
He will be work­ing as FACULTY  — LAB  SUPPORT  in train­ing labs. 
Besides guid­ing the par­tic­i­pants dur­ing hands-on ses­sions, the fac­ulty will need to do eval­u­a­tion of the Test papers, give Tech­ni­cal Sup­port for con­duct­ing the Mini-projects/Long assign­ments.
After two years of his per­for­mance he may get absorbed  as a Teach­ing fac­ulty  or move to devel­op­ment  envi­ron­ment as Soft­ware  Engi­neer,  if  s/he is will­ing to explore this option.
