Job Descrip­tion: Human Resource Devel­op­ment is expected to be the dri­ving force behind ECC’s rapid growth plan. A pio­neer in the devel­op­ment of HR prac­tices and poli­cies, ECC has won sev­eral awards from pres­ti­gious insti­tu­tions, National HRD Net­work, Asia Pacific Con­clave and has an ISO 9000 certification.

To add thrust to its plans for future expan­sion and glob­al­iza­tion, we require HR Pro­fes­sion­als who are will­ing to take up the chal­lenge of time and change and will work in a pro­fes­sion­ally sat­is­fy­ing envi­ron­ment where work will be fast paced. Suc­cess­ful can­di­dates will han­dle areas such as Tal­ent acqui­si­tion, reten­tion, train­ing & devel­op­ment, per­son­nel and reward administration.

Desired Pro­file: The ideal can­di­date should have post-graduate qual­i­fi­ca­tion in Per­son­nel Man­age­ment from a rec­og­nized insti­tu­tion, com­pleted in 2007/2008. Vacan­cies exist in our Offices in India & Abroad. Hence, prospec­tive can­di­dates must be will­ing to work any­where in India and abroad.
