Job Descrip­tion  : The FMR India Asso­ciate is respon­si­ble for accu­rate and timely pro­cess­ing of requests for review of recorded phone calls, doc­u­ment­ing the Eng­lish con­ver­sa­tion using ver­ba­tim and sum­mary tran­scrip­tion pro­ce­dures. Call tran­scrip­tion infor­ma­tion is used as a basis for analy­sis, error deter­mi­na­tion, and account/plan finan­cial adjust­ments regard­ing Par­tic­i­pant and Client dis­putes, and said tran­scrip­tion doc­u­men­ta­tion is pro­tected as ‘Fidelity Inter­nal’ information. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Using ver­ba­tim call tran­scrip­tion pro­ce­dures, the FMR India Asso­ciate is restricted to typ­ing word-for-word the record phone con­ver­sa­tions. How­ever, as the FMR India Asso­ciate advances to sum­mary call tran­scrip­tion, said Asso­ciate will make the deci­sion regard­ing which por­tions of the recorded phone con­ver­sa­tion per­tain to the spe­cific Client/Customer dis­pute at hand

6 to 17 months inbound call cen­tre expe­ri­ence, call tran­scrip­tion expe­ri­ence (preferred)
