Rel­e­vant Ter­tiary Qual­i­fi­ca­tion or equiv­a­lent pro­fes­sional qual­i­fi­ca­tions
Sig­nif­i­cant knowledge/experience (8 — 12 years) in com­puter sys­tems devel­op­ment
Min­i­mum 4 – 5 years of Project Man­age­ment expe­ri­ence deal­ing with Client for medium to large size project exe­cu­tion
Thor­ough under­stand­ing of the appli­ca­tion devel­op­ment seg­ments of the devel­op­ment life cycle
Good under­stand­ing of com­pany sys­tems poli­cies, pro­ce­dures, stan­dards and capa­bil­i­ties

Under­stand Stake­hold­ers Expec­ta­tions, Busi­ness Impact and Project Objec­tives
Respon­si­ble for cre­at­ing and exe­cut­ing the project work plan in order to accom­plish its goals within con­straints such as Cost, Qual­ity, Scope and Time stan­dards
Develop / Iden­tify met­rics to mea­sure Qual­ity, Pro­duc­tiv­ity, Uti­liza­tion and Cost effec­tive­ness
Ensure Processes are fol­lowed at all stages of Soft­ware Devel­op­ment Life Cycle
Iden­tify, Log, Ana­lyze and Man­age poten­tial Issues and Risks by tak­ing timely & cor­rec­tive actions to avoid any impact on Project Scope, Qual­ity, Sched­ule and Cost

Estab­lish and man­age rela­tion­ship with Inter­nal and Exter­nal stake­hold­ers of the Project Develop or assist in devel­op­ing strategic/tactical busi­ness devel­op­ment plans
Con­tin­u­ally seeks oppor­tu­ni­ties to increase cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion and deepen client rela­tion­ship
Finan­cial Man­age­ment: Pre­pare accu­rate Cost/Benefit Esti­mate and Analy­sis Fore­cast,

Ven­dor con­tracts and State­ment of Work / Con­tracts review and nego­ti­a­tion skills
Qual­ity Man­age­ment : Iden­tify qual­ity stan­dards and met­rics rel­e­vant to the Project
Ensure proper con­trols are in place to Review and/or Mon­i­tor qual­ity of Deliv­er­ables
Col­lect and Ana­lyze All Qual­ity met­rics / data avail­able to mea­sure project per­for­mance
Sug­gest Process Improve­ments to achieve or exceed desired qual­ity
Resource Man­age­ment : Pre­pare Resource Plan, Job Descrip­tion and iden­tify Resources
Defines clear Roles and Respon­si­bil­i­ties of each Team Mem­ber
Iden­tify Train­ing needs and facil­i­tate train­ing pro­grams
Man­ages the devel­op­ment of team by ensur­ing, when pos­si­ble, that project tasks are in line with each Innovator’s career inter­ests
Assist & guide team mem­bers in devel­op­ing Career Goal Plans
Con­ducts peri­odic per­for­mance appraisal for his/her team mem­bers
