Tech­ni­cal skills in con­tact cen­tre appli­ca­tions, mes­sag­ing
Good knowl­edge of oper­at­ing sys­tems like Unix / Linux/ Solaris and data­bases like Ora­cle, SQL and inter­net tech­nolo­gies will be an added advantage

Qual­i­fi­ca­tions: BE/MCA or equiv­a­lent
Indus­try Stan­dard Cer­ti­fi­ca­tions in Tele­com, Data, & ITIL will be an added advan­tage
Cer­ti­fi­ca­tions like ACA, ACS, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, and NCSE would be an added advan­tage
