Loca­tion :   Chennai

Posi­tion Respon­si­bil­i­ties: Review of travel approvals, pur­chase requests and release
orders.

Inter­act with STPI and cus­toms on oper­a­tional approvals, sof­tex fil­ing, import approvals, quar­terly and annual reports etc.

Review­ing ven­dor invoices, updat­ing account codes, ver­i­fy­ing them for accu­racy and for­ward­ing it to accounts payable.

Assist the Finan­cial Ana­lyst in prepa­ra­tion of monthly book close entries, prepar­ing base data for vari­ance analy­sis and assist in forecasting.

Assist finan­cial ana­lyst by hav­ing reg­u­lar inter­ac­tion with oper­a­tions to mon­i­tor FTEs etc., updat­ing sta­tus on travel and pur­chase requests, develop reports to review oper­a­tional per­for­mance, finan­cial approval for all oper­a­tional requests.

Assist finan­cial ana­lyst in ana­lyz­ing FTEs, rev­enue analy­sis, invoice process and receiv­ables man­age­ment and bal­ance sheet review

Edu­ca­tion Qual­i­fi­ca­tion: CA Inter / CWA Inter/ M.Com/ B.com

Num­ber of Years of Expe­ri­ence :  0 — 4 years of post
qual­i­fi­ca­tion experience

Pro­fes­sional Expo­sure: Account­ing and STPI

Spe­cial Knowl­edge or skill required: Good work­ing knowl­edge in MS Excel and Power point

Any other require­ment: Must be good in account­ing and have high energy lev­els. Should have the expe­ri­ence of inter­act­ing with peo­ple from diverse back­grounds and with operations
