1)Candidate will be respon­si­ble for sourc­ing of prro­file through inter­net , net­work­ing and other sources.

2)Responsible for screen­ing candidates

3)Responsible for coor­di­na­tion with dif­fer­ent depart­ments for Man­power requirements

4)Ensuring Man­power within bud­get with required competencies.

Desired Can­di­date Pro­file:

Can­di­date should have good com­mu­ni­ca­tion and inter­per­son­ell skills

Can­di­date from a con­sul­tancy will be preffered

Can­di­date should have work­ing knowl­edge on job sites

Fresh­ers with good com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills and ana­lyt­i­cal can also apply
