Job descrip­tion:  Mod­ern build­ing envelopes are expected to ful­fill mul­ti­ple require­ments (weather pro­tec­tion, indoor com­fort, energy effi­cient, sus­tain­able, aes­thet­i­cal merit etc). Design­ing build­ing enve­lope sys­tems that sat­isfy these mul­ti­ple require­ments is a chal­leng­ing task by any stan­dard. A build­ing enve­lope designer should have the abil­ity to grasp and apply mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary skills (Civil Engi­neer­ing, Archi­tec­ture, Mechan­i­cal Engi­neer­ing, Phys­i­cal Sci­ences etc.) quickly and effectively.

Qual­i­fi­ca­tions:  The can­di­date should have a bach­e­lor degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical Engi­neer­ing with good grades. Apti­tude for rou­tine com­puter pro­gram­ming and abil­ity to learn new things are desirable.
