 Exec­u­tive — Engi­neer­ing and Com­mis­sion­ing — Process Automa­tion (PLC and DCS)(Job Code: A&D/SP)
Loca­tion : Mum­bai
Desired Pro­file :
-> Incum­bent should be a BE / BTech / ME / MTech (Elec­tron­ics / Indus­trial Elec­tron­ics / Instru­men­ta­tion) with 1 – 6 years of expe­ri­ence in the filed of PLC and DCS Sys­tem Engi­neer­ing, Process Logic Design and Plant Com­mis­sion­ing.
-> Incum­bent should have worked on any reputed make of PLC and DCS.
-> Expe­ri­ence in the Process Areas of Food and Bev­er­age, Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals, Bulk Chem­i­cals, Poly­ester Lines is desir­able.
-> Prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in Pharma Val­i­da­tion Life Cycles, S-88 or IES61508 (Fail Safe) Processes would be an added advantage.

The selected can­di­dates would be a part of dynamic team of expert engi­neer­ing and com­mis­sion­ing pro­fes­sion­als work­ing on trend set­ting tech­nolo­gies in Process Automa­tion and indus­trial Net­work­ing.
Job respon­si­bil­i­ties involve Con­cep­tu­al­iza­tion, Engi­neer­ing, Soft­ware respon­si­bil­i­ties, Val­i­da­tion and Com­mis­sion­ing of High-End PLC and DCS Automa­tion Sys­tems. The incum­bent may be placed either in the group work­ing on the national or the inter­na­tional projects.

Executive-Engineering and Com­mis­sion­ing — Process Automa­tion Spe­cial­ist — FDA Val­i­da­tion (Job Code: A&D/SP-Val)
Loca­tion : Mum­bai
Desired Pro­file :
-> Incum­bent should be a BE / BTech / ME / MTech (Elec­tron­ics / Indus­trial Elec­tron­ics / Instru­men­ta­tion) with 1 – 6 years of expe­ri­ence in the filed of PLC and DCS Sys­tem Engi­neer­ing, Process Logic Design and Plant Com­mis­sion­ing. Incum­bent should have either of the fol­low­ing expe­ri­ences,
-> Worked in a reputed phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal com­pany (hav­ing a drug man­u­fac­tur­ing setup) and have hands on expe­ri­ence with FDA val­i­da­tion related doc­u­men­ta­tion of atleast one major auto­mated man­u­fac­tur­ing process in the plant. This expe­ri­ence should include a com­plete life cycle i.e. from URS to PQ.
-> Worked in a con­sul­tancy based com­pany or an engi­neer­ing house with a pro­file of hands on expe­ri­ence with FDA val­i­da­tion related doc­u­men­ta­tion of at least one major auto­mated man­u­fac­tur­ing process in a phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal plant. This expe­ri­ence should include a com­plete life cycle i.e. from URS to PQ.
-> The incum­bent should have thor­ough knowl­edge about GAMPV4x pro­ce­dures, FDA 21CFR11 Clauses, GAMP V model and the doc­u­ments related to each state of the life cycle.

The selected can­di­date would be a part of a dynamic team of expert pro­fes­sion­als, work­ing on advanced automa­tion phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal plants and com­plete “Val­i­da­tion life­cy­cle” exe­cu­tion.
Job respon­si­bil­i­ties involve Con­cep­tu­al­iza­tion, Engi­neer­ing, Soft­ware Devel­op­ment, Val­i­da­tion and Com­mis­sion­ing of High-End PLC and DLC Automa­tion Sys­tems pre­dom­i­nantly in phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal plants cov­er­ing Chem-APIs & Bio-APIs.

Executive-Engineering and Com­mis­sion­ing — Dri­ves (AC & DC) (Job Code: A&D/D)
Loca­tion : Mum­bai
Desired Pro­file :
-> Incum­bent should be a BE / BTech / ME / MTech (Elec­tri­cal / Elec­tron­ics / Indus­trial Elec­tron­ics) with 2 – 8 years of expe­ri­ence in the filed of Dri­ves Sys­tem Engi­neer­ing and Com­mis­sion­ing.
-> The incum­bent should have an expe­ri­ence in Con­cep­tu­al­iz­ing, Engi­neer­ing and Com­mis­sion­ing of AC and DC Vari­able Speed Drive Sys­tems and Servo Drive Sys­tems (Motion Con­trol) of reputed makes.
-> Expe­ri­ence in the Appli­ca­tion Areas of Cranes, Print­ing, Pack­ag­ing, Con­vert­ing, Plas­tics and Tex­tiles would be an added advantage.

The selected can­di­dates would be a part of a team of glob­ally rec­og­nized expert engi­neer­ing & com­mis­sion­ing pro­fes­sion­als work­ing on trend set­ting tech­nolo­gies in AC / DC Drive Sys­tem and Servo Drive Sys­tems.
Job respon­si­bil­i­ties involve Con­cept For­mu­la­tion, Sys­tem Engi­neer­ing, Appli­ca­tion Soft­ware Devel­op­ment and Com­mis­sion­ing of Medium and Large Drive Sys­tems, Motion con­trol Sys­tems in the above men­tioned indus­try seg­ments. The incum­bent will get an oppor­tu­nity to work on pres­ti­gious national and inter­na­tional projects.
