-       Track project status on a weekly basis participating in status meetings and report
-       Identify and evaluate risks, dependencies and assumptions made during the project coarse and work strategies to ensure that timelines are met.
-       Perform Gap Analysis on a regular basis and ensure that team’s performance is to the potential performance level.
-       Track Hardware/Software resources and ensure efficient usage
-       Perform Project retrospection at each release cycle and identify tasks for improvement.
-       Perform quarterly review of the goals and assess with performance indicators

Skills Required:
-       Project Management:
o       Planning, resource allocation, function points, scheduling, tracking, project strategies, reporting, gap analysis, inventory, retrospection
