•       Exper­tise in tele­com domain – fraud man­age­ment, billing, medi­a­tion, inven­tory man­age­ment, work­flow man­age­ment, ser­vice order man­age­ment, ser­vice pro­vi­sion­ing, trou­ble ticket man­age­ment.
•       Con­ducted require­ment analy­sis for tele­com prod­uct devel­op­ment / appli­ca­tions
•       Will­ing to travel
•       Good com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills – writ­ten & Ver­bal
•       Expe­ri­ence in writ­ing use cases / UML
•       Expe­ri­ence in con­fig­u­ra­tion man­age­ment
•       Expo­sure to CMM level processes

The respon­si­bil­i­ties

-       Cre­ate project esti­mates, sched­ules, resource pro­jec­tions and allo­ca­tion plans inter­act­ing with Tech­ni­cal Man­agers.
-       Iden­tify and stream­line the tasks into mul­ti­ple teams on a reg­u­lar basis inter­act­ing with teams in USA.
-       Iden­tify Soft­ware Devel­op­ment process and method­olo­gies and imple­ment them. Per­form review on a reg­u­lar basis to ensure that processes are fol­lowed.
-       Track project sta­tus on a weekly basis par­tic­i­pat­ing in sta­tus meet­ings and report
-       Iden­tify and eval­u­ate risks, depen­den­cies and assump­tions made dur­ing the project coarse and work strate­gies to ensure that time­lines are met.
-       Per­form Gap Analy­sis on a reg­u­lar basis and ensure that team’s per­for­mance is to the poten­tial per­for­mance level.
-       Track Hardware/Software resources and ensure effi­cient usage
-       Per­form Project ret­ro­spec­tion at each release cycle and iden­tify tasks for improve­ment.
-       Per­form quar­terly review of the goals and assess with per­for­mance indicators
