Ability to deal and deliver with regard to fast deadlines, acts with a sense of urgency
Positive attitude and presence
Willing to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including weekends

Education:
Graduate(BFA,BCA) & experience with expertise in all multimedia/design software applications(Adobe suite and Macromedia suite)

Process Operations:-
Proof read the content of assignments and suggest any necessary changes
Work as quality assurance analyst and take initiative in defining the quality process
Interact with US counterpart and solicit project related feedback
Assure high quality work.
Finish assigned tasks within the allowed timeframe and inform CSTL if there is any delay.
Notify CSTL (Communication Services Team Lead) if the assigned work has technical constraints/errors
Solicit help from CSTL to resolve any administrative or system related problems
Understand and prioritize assigned work without delay
Solicit help from CSTL to understand work process
Develop standard deliverables (for example html pages, presentations, brochures) and adhere to Deloitte Communications Design Standards and guidelines.
Complete time sheets on daily basis and submit the same to CSTL every Friday
