•5+ years of expe­ri­ence in soft­ware devel­op­ment with inde­pen­dent archi­tec­tural / design respon­si­bil­i­ties in at least one large project
•Demon­strated abil­ity to lead
•Com­fort­able in hands-on role devel­op­ing using ColdFusion/.NET 1.1 and 2.0
•Thor­ough knowl­edge of Microsoft soft­ware devel­op­ment frame­work and related devel­op­ment envi­ron­ments; MCSD / MCAD cer­ti­fi­ca­tion highly pre­ferred
•Demon­strated expe­ri­ence with VBColdFusion/.NET on ASPColdFusion/.NET 1.1/2.0 plat­form and SQL Server 2005/2000
•Strong under­stand­ing of IIS and ASPColdFusion/.NET deploy­ment
•Expe­ri­ence with some or all: ASPColdFusion/.NET 2.0, Visual Stu­dio 2005, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2005 Report­ing Ser­vices, ADOColdFusion/.NET, HTML, XML, XSLT, DHTML, Javascript, AJAX
