Java Programmers (1 to 6 years experience)
Strong development experience in Java (or any other equivalent Object Oriented Programming language)
Experience in J2EE technologies such as JMS, EJB etc. and frameworks such as Struts and Hibernate is preferred
Experience in application development using XML is strongly desired
Familiarity or working experience on Ruby On Rails will be an added advantage
The candidate must have strong Computer Science fundamentals
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or engineering from a recognized institute

Windows .NET Programmers (2 to 6 years experience)
Excellent C++, C#, .NET programming skills
Proficiency with Web Services, XML based application development
Exposure to ASP.NET, WinForms and related Web/RichUI technologies
Windows SDK Programmers (2 to 6 years experience)
Excellent Win32 SDK and C++ programming skills
Proficiency with WinSock, ATL, MFC
Win32 internals will be an added advantage
Windows DDK and/or NDIS experience will be an added advantage

QA Lead
Experience leading QA teams
Experience with architecting QA automation solutions for a variety of platforms and/or products
Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g. WinRunner) and scripting technologies (e.g. VB scripting)
