Java Pro­gram­mers (1 to 6 years expe­ri­ence)
Strong devel­op­ment expe­ri­ence in Java (or any other equiv­a­lent Object Ori­ented Pro­gram­ming lan­guage)
Expe­ri­ence in J2EE tech­nolo­gies such as JMS, EJB etc. and frame­works such as Struts and Hiber­nate is pre­ferred
Expe­ri­ence in appli­ca­tion devel­op­ment using XML is strongly desired
Famil­iar­ity or work­ing expe­ri­ence on Ruby On Rails will be an added advan­tage
The can­di­date must have strong Com­puter Sci­ence fun­da­men­tals
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in com­puter sci­ence or engi­neer­ing from a rec­og­nized institute

Win­dows .NET Pro­gram­mers (2 to 6 years expe­ri­ence)
Excel­lent C++, C#, .NET pro­gram­ming skills
Pro­fi­ciency with Web Ser­vices, XML based appli­ca­tion devel­op­ment
Expo­sure to ASP.NET, Win­Forms and related Web/RichUI tech­nolo­gies
Win­dows SDK Pro­gram­mers (2 to 6 years expe­ri­ence)
Excel­lent Win32 SDK and C++ pro­gram­ming skills
Pro­fi­ciency with WinSock, ATL, MFC
Win32 inter­nals will be an added advan­tage
Win­dows DDK and/or NDIS expe­ri­ence will be an added advantage

QA Lead
Expe­ri­ence lead­ing QA teams
Expe­ri­ence with archi­tect­ing QA automa­tion solu­tions for a vari­ety of plat­forms and/or prod­ucts
Famil­iar­ity with auto­mated test­ing tools (e.g. Win­Run­ner) and script­ing tech­nolo­gies (e.g. VB scripting)
