Expe­ri­enced in design­ing and devel­op­ment of web pages, strong knowl­edge of web devel­op­ment, includ­ing uat, pro­duc­tion envi­ron­ments, mod­i­fi­ca­tions, bug fixes and cod­ing skills
Skill Set — ASP, HTML, .NET

ESC Report­ing Ana­lyst (J003):
Advanced SQL Knowl­edge and hands on expe­ri­ence in writ­ing the same
Strong in apply­ing, Joins, Case State­ments and good at apply­ing data­base logic.       
Knowl­edge of Views and Triggers

Report­ing Ana­lyst (J004):
Strong excel skills and expo­sure to data analy­sis
Pro­vide MIS for deci­sion mak­ing pre­pare Man­age­ment sum­maries, track project mile­stones on com­pany wide projects

DMS Ana­lyst (J005):
Equity Research / Mutual Fund expe­ri­ence, prefer­ably in research or back/middle office of a finan­cial ser­vices firm
Abil­ity to rec­og­nize pat­terns and trends
Basic knowl­edge of invest­ment process and prod­ucts supported

Instruc­tional Design Ana­lyst (J006):
2 to 4 years instruc­tional design expe­ri­ence
Expe­ri­ence with web author­ing and mul­ti­me­dia devel­op­ment tools such as Flash, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Con­cep­tual under­stand­ing of user audience’s roles and training/information needs, knowl­edge of sys­tem and tech­nol­ogy alternatives

Train­ing Asso­ciate (J007):
Respon­si­ble for imple­ment­ing train­ing pro­grams related to process skills
Respon­si­ble for ensur­ing deliv­ery of train­ing pro­grams and assess­ment of train­ing pro­ce­dures to ensure effec­tive­ness
