Bachelors Degree with 1 – 2 years of relevant experience

QDRO (J001):
Understand complex DC Plan and basic DB Plan administration practices
Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for DC plan administrations and QDROs

WEB Analyst (J002):
Experienced in designing and development of web pages, strong knowledge of web development, including uat, production environments, modifications, bug fixes and coding skills
Skill Set - ASP, HTML, .NET

ESC Reporting Analyst (J003):
Advanced SQL Knowledge and hands on experience in writing the same
Strong in applying, Joins, Case Statements and good at applying database logic.       
Knowledge of Views and Triggers

Reporting Analyst (J004):
Strong excel skills and exposure to data analysis
Provide MIS for decision making prepare Management summaries, track project milestones on company wide projects

DMS Analyst (J005):
Equity Research / Mutual Fund experience, preferably in research or back/middle office of a financial services firm
Ability to recognize patterns and trends
Basic knowledge of investment process and products supported

Instructional Design Analyst (J006):
2 to 4 years instructional design experience
Experience with web authoring and multimedia development tools such as Flash, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Conceptual understanding of user audience’s roles and training/information needs, knowledge of system and technology alternatives

Training Associate (J007):
Responsible for implementing training programs related to process skills
Responsible for ensuring delivery of training programs and assessment of training procedures to ensure effectiveness  
Work within the product vertical identified to help define competency models

Process Control & Review Specialists and Lead Specialists (J008):
Cost Accountants, CA (Inter), ICWA (inter) with 0 to 6 years of experience
Exposed to internal audits / management audits / financial MIS reporting.
Open to working stretch hrs with occasional night shifts
