Websphere Administrators
Experience: 2+ years
Skills:
WebSphere Administration
JACL/Shell scripting
Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting on WebSphere
Ability to learn new technologies
Production support pproblem & diagnosis/resolution
Desired:
Middleware Administration 
Solid knowledge of WebSphere
UNIX programming skills using ksh, csh or Perl
Experience in a tightly-managed change control environment
Strong interpersonal, project management and organizational skills, along with excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent creative problem solving skills
Customer service orientation, demonstrated by ability to deliver quality effort in a highly demanding environment
