Sr.Developers (Onsite for 1 year to UK)

Skills:
Anything missing the profile would not be considered:
Candidates should have Core Java, UML & Swing.
Core Java Development
Actively engaged in producing Java code
Multi threading (essential)
Synchronisation – Methods Vs Block
Collections (essential)
I/O packages and file handling (the system will be used on devices which will use files and I/O)
Need experience in GUI/Swing type (Thick Client) development rather than web/JSP type development
Development lifecycle: Been involved in new development rather than pure maintenance/enhancements
Experience with static code analysis tools
Hands on with tools – Eclipse, CVS, Ant, Junit
Process awareness – especially with regard to coding standards, commenting style, ability to write meaningful comments while checking in code to CVS etc.
Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
Abstract classes/interfaces, Use in earlier projects
Experience with producing UML output, e.g. class and sequence diagrams – Experience in using modelling tools like Rational suite of products or others
Exposure to Design Patterns
Windows install shield requirement

Experience: 3 - 7 years

Skills:
Minimum 3 years on Installshield.
3 + Years of experience packaging using Installshield
Strong Windows Installer knowledge
Strong VB Scripting Skills
Strong windows NT-2003 Server Knowledge
Strong windows NT-XP workstation knowledge
Strong history of application packaging
Candidates should be having experience packaging and re-packaging
Candidates with WISE in Installshield would be rejected.
