Experience & Skills:

Experience & Skills:
7+ years of industry experience* Experience influencing requirements and design to improve quality, system performance and testability* Solid understanding of Software engineering fundamentals including design and analysis of computational algorithms, data structure design, and implementation, documentation and testing. Experience in designing and coding object oriented software using programming languages such as C++, Java, or C#. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills required* Must have strong analytical skills, be decisive and detail-oriented * Self directed and highly motivated* Experience leading cross functional root cause analysis for defects and provides process improvement suggestions to eliminate future occurrences of similar defects.* Experience leading Inspection processes for all types of project deliverables. SR SCM Engineer
Experience & Skills:
5+ Years,Knowledgeable and experienced in software development, SCM practices, software build technologies, and Release Management methodologies.
Programming skills in C, C++, Perl, Tcl/Tk, Python or Shell Scripts a must
Experienced in at least one major product release and subsequent upgrades/patches.
Experienced working with a variety of source code management systems such as Perforce, ClearCase or other CM tool a plus (Perforce is preferable)
