Young Man­u­fac­tur­ing Pro­fes­sion­als Pro­gram (YMP pro­gram)
Qual­i­fi­ca­tion:
Fresh grad­u­ates with min­i­mum 60% marks in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Chemistry or Diploma hold­ers in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/ Instru­men­ta­tion Engineering/Pharmacy for recruit­ment in man­u­fac­tur­ing oper­a­tions.
Details:
Selected can­di­dates will undergo three-month inten­sive the­o­ret­i­cal and prac­ti­cal train­ing pro­gram in the areas of Unit Oper­a­tions in Bio­process Engi­neer­ing, Bio­phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals Man­u­fac­tur­ing, Good Man­u­fac­tur­ing Prac­tices as well as equip­ment and facil­ity main­te­nance. After suc­cess­ful com­ple­tion of the train­ing pro­gram, the can­di­dates will be placed in a bio­phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal pro­duc­tion facil­ity as part of either Man­u­fac­tur­ing Ser­vices or Engi­neer­ing Ser­vices.
 
Young Qual­ity Man­age­ment Pro­fes­sion­als Pro­gram (YQMP pro­gram)
Qual­i­fi­ca­tion:
Fresh Post grad­u­ates with min­i­mum 60% marks in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences/ Chemistry/Pharmacy for recruit­ment in Qual­ity Assur­ance and Qual­ity Con­trol ser­vices. Ch e t a n aS
Details:
Selected can­di­dates will undergo three months rig­or­ous train­ing in the areas of Bio­phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals Man­u­fac­tur­ing, Good Man­u­fac­tur­ing Prac­tices, Qual­ity Con­trol and Qual­ity Assur­ance of recom­bi­nant and nat­ural bio­phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals. After com­ple­tion of train­ing, the can­di­dates will be placed in a bio­phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal pro­duc­tion facil­ity as part of either Qual­ity Assur­ance Ser­vices or Qual­ity Con­trol Services.

Process:
Short-listed can­di­dates will have to go through an online apti­tude test fol­lowed by a per­sonal inter­view.
Selected can­di­dates will have to under­take to work with the com­pany for a min­i­mum period of two years from the date of place­ment.
Appoint­ment for both the pro­grams will be at the man­u­fac­tur­ing site of Reliance Life Sci­ences in Navi Mum­bai and is trans­fer­able to any other estab­lish­ment in Reliance Group of com­pa­nies.
Com­pen­sa­tion will match indus­try standards.
